Each class is a different instructor from our community, giving both students and teachers access to a larger community. Each instructor’s approach is gentle, encouraging, and deeply rooted in the principles of mindfulness and community. They are passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone and creating a space where people feel connected and supported.
