Join us for a rejuvenating Community Yoga Class, where everyone is welcome regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Our class focuses on fostering a sense of community while promoting physical and mental well-being.

All Levels Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of poses tailored to your level.
Mindful Practice: Emphasis on breath work, mindfulness, and meditation to enhance relaxation and reduce stress.
Inclusive Environment: A supportive and welcoming atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and practice at their own pace.
Community Connection: An opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and build a supportive network.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. Mats available for those who don't have one.

Each class is a different instructor from our community, giving both students and teachers access to a larger community. Each instructor’s approach is gentle, encouraging, and deeply rooted in the principles of mindfulness and community. They are passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone and creating a space where people feel connected and supported.
